This position will be located at Annapolis Junction Md, The Deputy Program Manager provides support to the Program Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of prime and sub programs. This role involves oversight of operational processes, resource allocation, and ensuring program deliverables meet customer requirements. The Deputy Program Manager ensures effective communication, compliance with policies, and continuous progress toward goals.The ideal candidate will possess experience in overseeing projects, ensuring streamlined operations, and fostering a collaborative work environment. This role demands exceptional communication skills to convey complex information clearly and concisely, fostering effective collaboration across diverse organizational groups.

• 3 or more years experience in Program/Project Management. Strong knowledge of MPO contracts.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
