BlueHalo is actively searching for an experienced Mid-Level Technical Recruiter to join our corporate team! WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including requisition management, sourcing, and candidate engagement
  • Collaborate with Program Manager(s) and Tech Leads to develop a deep understanding of hiring needs and represent the company's recruitment requirements
  • Maintain updated requisitions on our hiring platform and various job site platforms
  • Utilize marketing materials and innovative sourcing techniques to attract qualified candidates, including both active and passive job seekers
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships within our targeted talent pool, ensuring a continuous pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Expand the talent pipeline while adhering to a standardized tracking and engagement process
  • Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems, sourcing databases, and recruiting tools. Conduct research and recommend new tools and platforms as needed
  • Reach out to potential candidates in the pipeline with tailored employment opportunities, effectively communicating what sets BlueHalo apart as an employer, including our culture, capabilities, job openings, career options, and benefits
  • Act as an ambassador for BlueHalo, effectively representing our employment opportunities and screening applicants for technical and cultural fit
  • Manage full life cycle recruiting, including position matching, offer negotiations, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate statuses and data
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reports as required

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU WILL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Technical Recruiter or similar role within the industry
  • Proficiency in utilizing various sourcing methods and tools to attract technical talent
  • Strong understanding of technical skills and qualifications required for various roles
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple searches and job openings concurrently
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Previous experience in talent acquisition within the Intelligence Community, with specific experience in recruiting for the Maryland Procurement Office Customer

 

Salary Range: $75k - $100k

The BlueHalo pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several factors including, but not limited to, level of position, job responsibilities, geographic location, scope of relevant work experience, educational background, certifications, contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, alignment with local internal equity as well as alignment with market data.
