As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design and develop software solutions that address complex challenges in a fast-paced and mission-critical environment:

• Utilize your proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and containerized software to develop and maintain high-performance systems.
• Implement Clean Code principles and automation to enhance software quality and reliability.
• Leverage GitLab and Continuous Integration (CI) tools to drive efficient software development processes.
• Collaborate within a SAFe Agile environment using Atlassian tools to facilitate team communication and progress.
• Analyze stakeholder and system engineer requirements to derive software design and performance goals.
• Design and implement solutions to complex problems, while developing system installation or build procedures and scripts.
• Debug existing software to resolve defects and optimize system performance.
• Integrate existing software into new environments and ensure smooth operation across Linux and Windows platforms.
• Conduct research to develop test cases, implement test plans, and write or review technical documentation.

• BS degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, plus 10 years of experience as a software engineer, or MS degree with 8 years of experience.
• Extensive experience in Java, Spring Boot, and containerized software development.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows environments.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, functional requirement analysis, and performance optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with system engineers, architects, and team members.
