Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Analyze, design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain innovative solutions using Java and Python.
• Design and develop ML and AI algorithms and integrate them into systems to solve mission-critical problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct research and experiments to identify and evaluate the most suitable ML/AI techniques for specific use cases.
• Optimize performance and efficiency of ML/AI models through continuous testing and refinement.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in ML/AI technologies and best practices.
• Document experiment results, prototype solutions, and ensure all technical documentation meets requirements.
• Work in an Agile development environment and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or 24 years of software engineering experience.
• Twenty (20) years of experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Strong software development skills with Java, Python, and Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
• Experience with ML libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and computational complexity.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Experience in the full SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), including Requirements Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, Implementation, and Maintenance with the Agile Methodology.
