• Serve as a key member of a DevOps team, executing system upgrades, monitoring performance, conducting testing, and troubleshooting as needed.
• Develop, update, and maintain a comprehensive use case test suite to ensure robust testing of all system functionalities.
• Generate and revise critical user documentation, including installation guides, user manuals, and system administration guides.
• Manage user support tickets efficiently using Jira Help Desk, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Collaborate closely with the development team on various tasks, including implementing new functionalities, conducting release testing, and resolving issues.
• Work within a team of over 20 professionals providing full-lifecycle support to a versatile software application that handles audio ingest, storage, query, playback, analysis, and transcription, used on both small-scale and large-scale systems.

• At least 10 years of relevant experience, with strong proficiency in Linux commands and database query languages such as MySQL, Postgres, Mongo, and Elastic.
• Expertise in using tools like Jira, Confluence, GitLab, and Mattermost.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript) and agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum).
• Knowledge of automated Continuous Integration (CI) pipelines, including Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Strong analytical skills to effectively identify and isolate defects in complex systems.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong commitment to teamwork.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with UI automated tests, particularly Selenium-based frameworks.
