We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software System Tester to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone with a deep passion for cybersecurity, software testing, and development, who is ready to lead and take charge of complex projects.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead and manage software testing efforts for various applications, ensuring the highest quality and efficiency.
  • Engage directly with telecommunications equipment, leveraging strong CNO experience to enhance project outcomes.
  • Exhibit outstanding interpersonal skills to maintain excellent customer service and team collaboration.
  • Design, oversee, and execute comprehensive software tests, including automated testing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain precise documentation throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Contribute to project schedules and estimates, ensuring adherence to requirements definition, analysis, and traceability.
  • Implement rigorous risk management practices to identify and mitigate potential issues early in the development process.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU WILL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university. Alternatively, four years of additional test engineering experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Software System Testing.
  • Demonstrated experience in at least three of the following areas: project schedules and estimates, requirements definition and analysis, requirements traceability, requirements verification and validation, and risk management.
  • Proficiency with continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, QuickBuild) and Configuration Management version control systems (e.g., SVN, GIT).
  • Familiarity with Agile software issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trac, Redmine).
  • Independent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Extensive experience in developing test documentation, including test plans, procedures, and reports.

Preferred Skills: 

 

  • Knowledge of automated testing tools and methodologies is a significant plus.
  • Exceptional documentation skills to support software development and testing processes.
