BlueHalo is currently seeking a dedicated Entry Level Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. Our team seeks problem solvers, innovators, technologists, and operators looking to remain at the forefront of driving meaningful change and make an enduring impact on the national security mission. Your work will align the most innovative solutions to evolve and transform how our customers accomplish their most complex challenges.

This role focuses on performing level 1 restoration of mission-critical systems using documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Confluence sites, and historical ticket data. The successful candidate will be responsible for the continuous monitoring of mission systems, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability. This position operates on a rotating shift basis, alternating monthly between 7 am-7 pm and 7 pm-7 am, encompassing 12-hour shifts.

• Perform level 1 system restorations using established SOPs, Confluence documentation, and analysis of past incident tickets.
• Ensure continuous monitoring and operational integrity of mission-critical systems.
• Adapt to a rotating shift schedule, providing consistent coverage and support across day and night operations.

• No prior demonstrated experience is necessary, making this an ideal position for motivated individuals entering the field.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is essential.
• Alternatively, five (5) years of Systems Engineering experience may substitute for the bachelor’s degree requirement.
