As a CNO Developer at our company, you'll be at the forefront of national security, harnessing your expertise in security concepts and networks to design and develop state-of-the-art CNO capabilities. In this role, effective communication and adherence to software standards are not just required—they're essential to our mission and your career growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop cutting-edge hardware and software based CNO capabilities.
• Independently work on designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging applications software and systems.
• Apply expert-level knowledge of security concepts and networks to ensure system integrity and effectiveness.
• Provide leadership and guidance to other CNO developers on the team, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Diligently maintain and uphold software standards throughout all projects.

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience. 

• Proficiency in Python and C/C++ programming.

• Troubleshooting / debugging experience.

• Proficiency in low-level internals in one or more technology areas (e.g., Windows, Unix, Mobile, Network devices).

• Proficiency with networking (TCP/IP) and socket level programming.

• CNO capability development experience.

• Experience managing/leading teams.

Nice To Have:

• Unit Test experience.

• Experience using Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible).

• Ability to handle stress and work well under pressure.
