OVERVIEW

We are seeking a System Engineer to support a high priority and highly visible Cyber program. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about meeting new people, understanding their missions, and enhancing their workflows. This mission-critical role requires intelligent, adaptable individuals capable of operating in both classified and unclassified environments to drive mission outcomes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Document data flow, code, workflows, and process improvements for multiple full-stack applications developed on AWS and deployed to C2S.
  • Utilize DevOps cloud tooling for deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of development standards across multiple applications.
  • Interact with customers and stakeholders, implementing changes to ensure optimal user experiences.
  • Collaborate directly with Systems Administration (SA) and Software Development (SW dev) teams to achieve mission objectives.
  • Engage with new customers and QUARTERCARAT teams across the organization for requirements gathering, opportunity identification, and shaping the future of EOSA.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU WILL BRING

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience and Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.

Experience in system engineering across application and IT infrastructure, with exposure to technologies such as:

  • Docker
  • Java and Spring Boot
  • MongoDB
  • UI development with JavaScript frameworks like React
  • AWS/C2S
  • Proficiency in AWS/C2S, especially DevOps tooling and deployment best practices.
  • Experience with containerization technologies.
  • Ability to collect requirements and user workflows for documentation, development, deployment, and testing of software architectures and infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of Python.
