OVERVIEW

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As the Product Development Team Lead you are responsible for providing technical expertise and recommendations to the team. This involves assessing different engineering options and technologies to enable access to, and exfiltration of, data from complex network infrastructures.  You develop plans and CONOPs (Concepts of Operations) that outline how the complex operational scenarios will work. These documents are used to communicate the project's objectives and processes to stakeholders. You will review existing Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and open source products and services. Based on your evaluation, you make recommendations for their use in enabling access and exfiltration, which could include integrating these solutions into your project. You will be able to identify challenges related to technology changes and enhancements that may impact the effectiveness of operations. This includes staying up-to-date with technological advancements and assessing how they may affect the project. As a leader you will maintain effective communication with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives. This is crucial for keeping all stakeholders informed about the project's progress, challenges, and successes.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU WILL BRING

  • Twelve (12) years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity within the Federal Government are required.

       or

  • A Master's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.

or

  • Eight (8) years of additional Systems Engineering Analyst experience may be substituted for a master's degree; Six (6) years of additional Systems Engineering Analyst experience and a bachelor's degree may be substituted for a master's degree.

Also Needed:

  • A technical certification Masters 12 in any of the following is required: CTNS, CLS M, GSEC, or CISSP.
