Eqlipse Technologies is currently seeking a Reverse Engineer for a new opening! Eqlipse's team seeks problem solvers, innovators, technologists, and operators looking to remain at the forefront of driving meaningful change and make an enduring impact on the national security mission. As a member of the Eqlipse team your work will align the most innovative solutions to evolve and transform how our customers accomplish their most complex challenges.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Using various programing languages, primarily C/C++ you will join a team on the cutting edge of addressing various security vulnerabilities in software and systems. The problems that you will be analyzing and solving will often be happening in real time and will need someone with high level automation skills to prevent reoccurring issues. You are someone that is comfortable with virtual environments and can take part in things like virtual testing and analysis.

 

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU WILL BRING

  • Six (6) or more years of experience in software system requirements analysis, design, development, integration, and/or testing.
  • Software Development: Four (4) or more years of software development experience using languages such as C, C/C++, or other proprietary languages.
  • Virtual Environments: Configuration, administration, and development experience with virtual environments like VMWare/ESXi, Open Stack, Open vSwitch, QEMU.
  • Embedded Platforms: Experience with software development on embedded platforms, including Linux, Unix, Android, and VxWorks.
  • Reverse Engineering: Experience with software reverse engineering and debugging tools such as IDAPro, OllyDbg, gdb, etc.
  • Assembly Languages: Familiarity with assembly languages for development or reverse engineering.
  • Low-Level Programming: Knowledge of low-level, systems programming concepts.
  • Education: A Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree.

Nice to Have:

  • Vulnerability Analysis: Experience with vulnerability analysis and exploit development, which indicates a strong understanding of security-related work.
  • Python: Experience with the Python programming language, often used for scripting and automation.
  • Assembly: Additional experience with assembly language.
  • Telecommunications Knowledge: Knowledge of telecommunications architecture and protocols, indicating an understanding of networking and communication systems.
